If you need a refill of your prescription before your next appointment date, please call the main office at least two days before your supply of medication runs out. You may leave the information in the telephone refill mailbox.
Please be sure to leave the following information:
- Full Name (Be sure to spell your last name.)
- Telephone Number
- Birth Date
- Physician's Name
- Pharmacy Name
- Pharmacy Telephone Number
- Medication Specifics: Medication Name, Quantity, Current frequency of usage and any other directions printed on the medication container's label.
A member of our staff will review your prescription, verify it with your physician and call it in to the pharmacy. If a problem arises, they will call you directly. Routine prescriptions are not refilled after hours, on weekends or holidays. However, if you feel a true emergency exists regarding a refill, call the answering service.
